Preparing your bike for inspection

Submit an Inspection Enquiry Form

  • Visit our website to complete the form

  • You will receive a Job Number after submitting your enquiry.

  • Do not send your bike/components without a Job Number. Items arriving without a Job Number will be rejected and returned.

Disassemble and Clean (If Required)

  • For all services (except "The Works"), disassemble and clean your bike/components before sending.

  • Send only the components that need inspection.

  • If you prefer, Carbon Craft X can handle disassembly and cleaning for a small additional fee.

  • Note: If your bike arrives unprepared and requires disassembly or cleaning, additional fees will apply.

Label Your Components

  • Clearly label all components with the Job Number provided after submitting your enquiry.

Self (or Courier) Drop-Off Instructions

Packing:

  • Wrap all components securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend to use bubble wrap for tubes and components.

  • Take photos of your bike before transit for your records.

Drop-Off Details:

  • Ensure you or your courier has the Job Number readily available.

  • Drop-offs are accepted during business hours only.

  • Confirm that your address and phone number are correct in case our courier needs to contact you.

  • Have your bike/components ready for pick-up at the agreed time.
