3. We Sell It For You

  • We handle all enquiries, negotiations, and customer service. You get paid once the bike is sold.

What We Do

  • Accept only carbon fiber bikes for sale
  • Strip down, clean, inspect, and rebuild your bike
  • Provide a certified inspection report
  • Take professional photographs & prepare listings
  • Store the bike securely in our lab
  • Handle enquiries, viewings, and buyer management
  • Provide warranty coverage (only when sold through us)

What You Do

(Seller Responsibilities)

  • Agree to our Terms & Conditions of Sale
  • Deliver or arrange transport of your bike to our lab (we can arrange this for you for a small fee)
  • Commit to a 6-month listing period
  • Agree on a minimum floor price with Carbon Craft X
  • If withdrawing your bike early, cover exit fees (see below)

Exit Fee Schedule

If you decide to take back your bike before the 6-month commitment, the following service fees apply (includes your full inspection report):

  • Month 1: $500 SGD
  • Month 2: $400 SGD
  • Month 3: $300 SGD
  • Month 4: $200 SGD
  • Month 5: $100 SGD
  • Month 6: $50 SGD

Pricing Structure

  • You and Carbon Craft X agree on a minimum floor price (the amount you will receive when your bike sells).
  • Carbon Craft X then applies a service and warranty markup to the bike’s listed price.
  • This ensures you are guaranteed your minimum, while we recover costs of inspection, marketing, and warranty.

Legal & Risk Considerations

To ensure clarity and fairness:

  • Ownership: You must legally own the bike and have the right to sell it.
  • Condition: Bikes must be complete and in working order upon delivery to Carbon Craft X.
  • Storage Risk: While Carbon Craft X takes all reasonable care in storage, we are not responsible for damage caused by unforeseen external events (e.g., fire, natural disasters, theft). Insurance options are available upon request.
  • Final Sale: All sales are final once the buyer completes payment.
  • Discretion: Carbon Craft X reserves the right to refuse a listing if a bike does not meet our standards.
