Every bike we sell has undergone advanced inspections using Ultrasound and Active Thermography to certify the frame, fork, and wheels are free from hidden defects.

To give you complete peace of mind, we provide a 12-Month Frame Warranty with every purchase.

12-Month Frame Warranty – At a Glance

  • What’s Covered: Structural failure of the carbon frame due to pre-existing flaws at the time of sale.
  • What’s Not Covered: Accidents, crashes, misuse, rider damage, or normal wear and tear.
  • How It Works: If you suspect an issue, return the frame for inspection. If approved, we’ll repair or replace it.
  • Who’s Covered: Original purchaser only (non-transferable).
  • Our Promise: Every frame has been professionally inspected with Ultrasound & Active Thermography, so you can ride with the same confidence as a new bike.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Structural failure of the carbon fiber frame due to pre-existing damage, defects, or flaws that were present at the time of sale.
  • 12 months from the date of purchase by the original owner only.
  • Repair or replace the frame.

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, crashes, or collisions.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage from improper assembly, installation, maintenance, or modification.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches, paint damage, or fading.
  • Components, accessories, or wheels (unless otherwise specified).
  • Any damage sustained after the date of purchase.

3. Claim Process

  • All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Carbon Craft X within the warranty period and within 14 days of the issue becoming apparent.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the frame to Carbon Craft X for inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Upon inspection, Carbon Craft X will determine whether the claim is valid and whether repair or replacement is warranted.
  • The decision of Carbon Craft X is final.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Carbon Craft X shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the bike.
  • The maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the bike.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

5. Warranty Value

Unlike other refurbished bike sellers, Carbon Craft X provides independent inspections and a frame warranty, giving you the confidence to ride with the same trust as a new bike purchase.

Carbon Craft X reserves the right to amend these warranty terms at any time without prior notice.
